Strategy & Market Research
Once you're in, we spend a full week building your custom social media strategy. We dig into your market, study your competitors, define your content pillars, and map out your tone of voice and platform approach. At the end of the week, we walk you through everything in a 30-minute strategy rundown call so you're fully in the loop before we move forward.

Week 2 · Month 1
Content Planning
With the strategy locked in, we move into planning. We build out all the content ideas for the month — what we're posting, when, and why. Every reel concept, feed post idea, and caption angle is mapped out before a single thing gets filmed or designed. You'll know exactly what's coming.
This is where we make everything. Filming, editing, graphic design, caption writing — all of it happens this week. On packages that include production hours, Marielle comes to your location to shoot. Everything gets fully edited and polished and packaged up, ready for your eyes.

Week 4 · Month 1
Client Review & Approval
We send everything over to you before anything goes live. You review all the content, give us your feedback, and we make any tweaks needed. Nothing gets posted without your sign-off — ever. This step makes sure everything feels right and truly sounds like you.
Month two is when the world sees it. Everything produced and approved in month one starts going up. On Premium, we handle all the posting, scheduling, and community management for you. On Standard, Advanced, Core, and Core Plus, we deliver all the content ready to upload and you post on your end. And while month two's content is going live, we're already behind the scenes working on month three — so by the time the last post of month two drops, month three is ready to go. No gaps, no scrambling.
